Our Pastor Marinade is a handcrafted blend inspired by the traditional recipe used by Mexican taqueros. Made with dried chiles, pineapple juice, spices, and vinegar, it delivers that signature smoky, slightly sweet and spicy flavor that makes tacos al pastor so iconic.
Ingredients:
Water, vinegar, pineapple juice, dried chiles, garlic, onion, cumin, oregano, clove, salt, black pepper, spices, vegetable oil, citric acid, sodium benzoate (as preservative).
